From Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, turn right on Hennessey. Go to the stop sign at the corner of Dijon and turn left. Cross over Picardy and the railroad tracks. Turn left on Perkins Plaza and Lake Imaging Center is on the right.

From I-10, go south on Essen Lane. Turn right on Perkins Road. Pass Lake Surgery Center and Whitney Bank. At the traffic light turn right onto One Perkins Place and Lake Imaging Center is on the right.
